Some links to lenders, software, books or services are affiliate or referral links. If you sign up or buy through them, we may receive a commission or referral fee at no extra cost to you. We only recommend things we believe are useful for beginners, and we will never accept payment to rank a lender or service higher.
We are not a lender or broker
We do not make loans, arrange financing, or broker real estate. Any lender we mention is a third party; compare offers and read their terms yourself.

When we mention the House Flip Basics course or webinar, we are promoting our own product.
